Parental Consent

Where applicable, junior championship entries must be supported with a completed parental consent form with our assurance that the information you provide will be treated as confidential. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the GGU of any changes that they need to be aware of through the submission of a new Parental Consent Form and by emailing secretary@gloucestershiregolfunion.co.uk.
